Welfare, che impresa!
A capacity-building program for welfare projects with high potential for social, economic, and environmental impact, promoted by Fondazione Italiana Accenture in collaboration with Intesa Sanpaolo, Fondazione Snam, Fondazione Bracco, Fondazione Peppino Vismara, and Fondazione Conad ETS. The program benefits from the scientific contribution of AICCON, Tiresia-Politecnico Milano, Fondazione Social Venture Giordano Dell’Amore, and Techsoup. The incubators providing mentorship are PoliHub, SocialFare, Campania NewSteel, Hubble-Acceleration Program, a|cube, G-Factor, and Impact Hub.
JOB Stations
JOB Stations are remote work centers for individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Thanks to the commitment of Fondazione Italiana Accenture ETS and Progetto Itaca, this project was created to provide support and opportunities for professional inclusion.

InvesTO sul territorio: announced the winners of the first edition of the project aimed at supporting and financing new social entrepreneurship initiatives
Turin, October 21, 2024 – LabAut, SolCare, BoosTER, and Green Hub – Serra Sociale Integrata are the four winning ideas of the first edition of InvesTO sul territorio, an initiative that combines finance and philanthropy to support and fund new social entrepreneurship projects capable of creating positive economic, social, and environmental impacts within the Metropolitan City of Turin.
Refugees, ReadyForIT - Labor Pathways for Refugees kicks off, the first project opening the doors to IT employment opportunities in Italy
The 25 refugees, aged 19 to 46, from Burundi, Congo, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Somalia, South Sudan, and Sudan, currently hosted in Uganda, have embarked on an online software development training program. With educational or professional backgrounds in IT, they are acquiring both foundational and advanced skills in programming languages such as Java and SQL. Upon passing a final test, they will relocate to Italy under employment contracts in the information technology sector.
