Fondazione Italiana Accenture ETS

Fondazione Italiana Accenture ETS is a corporate foundation established in 2002 as an expression of Accenture Italy’s social responsibility. Its mission is to promote high-impact social initiatives on strategic issues for the country, leveraging the role of technological innovation and building collaborative ecosystems.
The activities of the Fondazione Italiana Accenture ETS reflect two primary objectives:
- Promoting employment for young people and vulnerable individuals: Fostering the development of future skills to ensure equal access to the job market.
- Supporting the growth, evolution, and digitalization of the non-profit and low-profit sector: Aggregating resources, skills, and experiences to serve social entrepreneurs and their projects.
The activities of the Fondazione Italiana Accenture ETS are developed in two main directions:
- Designing and managing multi-stakeholder programs: Aiming to identify and support the growth of high-impact social projects and to promote and improve employment in the country, also through the adoption and experimentation of innovative finance instruments, oriented towards maximizing impact and financial sustainability.
- Shared use of idea360: A digital platform designed and developed by the Fondazione Italiana Accenture ETS to manage, enable, and promote impact programs. idea360 is available in a white-label mode to foundations, companies, institutions, and associations, allowing them to design and manage entirely digital processes and programs that involve the structured acquisition of data and information of various types and formats (competitions, calls, tenders, expressions of interest, questionnaires) and to activate on-demand training programs (e-learning).
Since January 2023, the President of the Fondazione Italiana Accenture ETS has been Fabio Benasso.
