Transformative trajectories in times of the pandemic

Fondazione Italiana Accenture and Fondazione Snam organized a live event to share the findings of an analysis developed by Aiccon based on data collected through the “Impatto Sociale Reloaded” call. This initiative was launched in April with the support of a|cube, Nesta, Italia Non Profit, and TechSoup, in response to the radical changes being imposed by the healthcare emergency.

Aiccon’s exploratory analysis identified 10 categories of needs expressed by the participating organizations, which were later reclassified. These needs highlighted the importance of enhancing digitalization, the need to create new business models or reformulate existing ones through further investments, the demand for new professional roles, and the need to support the development of new skills or strengthen existing ones, particularly in leadership competencies.
