Research “Persone con disabilità e lavoro: oltre le barriere”

The research titled “Persone con Disabilità e Lavoro:  oltre le barriere –  Dati e storie di inclusione lavorativa in Italia” was promoted by Fondazione Italiana Accenture ETS, co-promoted by Accenture, and conducted in partnership with SDA Bocconi School of Management, with collaboration from Politecnico di Milano, Tiresia, Fondazione Politecnico, and Free Thinking. The study focuses on the employment inclusion of people with disabilities in Italy, providing a quantitative analysis based on data from 100 Italian companies, a qualitative analysis of three corporate case studies, and an examination of best practices in collaboration between businesses and third-sector organizations.
