The research, developed to address the lack of in-depth studies on the labor market inclusion of people with disabilities in Italy, analyzed both quantitative and qualitative aspects. The goal was to understand how people with disabilities experience entering the workforce and how companies manage inclusion processes, highlighting good practices and challenges.
Following the events in Milan, Rome, and Naples, the Turin meeting, hosted by Gallerie d’Italia and Intesa Sanpaolo, provided an additional opportunity for constructive dialogue among experts and companies engaged in inclusion efforts. In addition to presenting the research findings, the event featured participation from companies, institutions, and third-sector organizations that shared experiences and best practices. The topics discussed included neurodivergence and mental health, fostering a dialogue aimed at improving the workforce inclusion of people with disabilities.
