Welfare, che impresa! Award Ceremony – 8th Edition

On September 19, 2024, the final event of the 8th edition of Welfare, che impresa! took place, where the 12 finalists presented their social impact business projects developed during the months of training.

Following the pitch presentations, the 4 winning business projects were selected and each received a non-repayable grant of €20,000:

  • Discentis, awarded by Fondazione Conad ETS
  • Plurals, awarded by Fondazione Snam ETS
  • Più vicini da lontano, awarded by Fondazione Peppino Vismara
  • iTablet, awarded by Fondazione Italiana Accenture ETS

All 4 winners will have access to 8 personalized individual mentorship sessions and financing on favorable terms from Intesa Sanpaolo, up to €50,000 (*).

Additionally, they will receive a 50% discount on the purchase of refurbished hardware products from Techsoup.

Special awards were also presented:

  • Two mentorship programs will be activated for Comestai and Grateful
  • iTablet will have access to the Investor Day “Get it!” organized by Fondazione Sociale Venture Giordano Dell’Amore
  • Comestai and Ridaje will have the opportunity to participate in the Social Enterprise Open Camp 2024
  • Women Lead and GRLS will receive a coaching session from Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center Spa
  • Discentis and Rilup were awarded a membership to the SheTech community
  • Discentis was given the opportunity to participate in the “Introduction to Systems Change” training module by Ashoka.
