Personae: the welfare accelerator of the CDP National Network presents the 6 startups selected for the 2nd edition of the program.
Launched by CDP Venture Capital SGR and implemented in collaboration with SocialFare | Center for Social Innovation and a|cube, the program has supported 6 accelerated startups in an intensive growth journey across all key strategic areas of entrepreneurship. This includes consolidating their business models with the support of the Personae ecosystem, which offers a network of mentors, advisors, and tutors.
So far, the acceleration program has received over 350 applications, selected 13 startups, and involved more than 20 mentors, contributing over 500 hours of mentoring through in-person and online sprint sessions held in Milan and Turin.
Each accelerated startup has received an initial investment of €100,000 (in exchange for equity), and for the most promising teams, a follow-up investment of €200,000-300,000 may follow after the program’s completion.
The solutions proposed by the startups aim to address social vulnerabilities, focusing on improving the lives of individuals and communities, with the potential to change the national welfare system.
